At Milliees, we operate as an online boutique that ships from a variety of warehouse locations. This allows us to offer a beautifully curated selection of products—but it also means your order may arrive in more than one package.
🧺 Multiple Items, Multiple Packages
If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on their warehouse origin. Each shipment will come with its own tracking number so you can follow your treasures every step of the way.
⏳ Estimated Shipping Time
Most items ship within 5–18 excluding weekends and Holidays, unless otherwise noted on the product listing. We always aim to get your order to you as swiftly as possible, but please note: Due to nationwide shipping delays, some deliveries may take longer than expected. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these challenges.
📬 Delivered but Missing?
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping provider listed in your order notes. Once your item ships, the carrier information will be included there to help you resolve any delivery issues directly. Once the order shows delivered it is out of our hands.
