🔄 Return Policy
We want you to absolutely love what you ordered—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
⏳ 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We kindly ask that you reach out within this timeframe so we can assist you promptly.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition you received it
• Unworn and unused, with original tags attached
• Free of perfume scents, animal hair, or any signs of wear
• Packaged in its original packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Intimate items
• Swimsuits
• Food products
• Bath and beauty items
• Jewelry
📩 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at milliees@yahoo.com and include “Returns” in the subject line.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.
💸 Refund Details
• You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not refund original shipping fees.
• Approved refunds are issued as a store coupon code to use on our site.
• We do not offer cash refunds.
• A 10% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
• Refunds are processed after the item has been received and approved and may take up to 10 business days to appear.
🛑 Exceptions
In rare cases, if an item is cancelled by our product vendor due to stock issues or if the item does not meet our expectations, we may issue a refund to the original payment method. You’ll receive an email notification if this occurs.

🧾 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
• The item is defective
• The item is damaged
• You received the wrong item
You have 3 days from delivery to notify us of any damage. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the shipping mailer
• Your receipt or proof of purchase
We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
🚫 Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
While we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase, there are certain items we’re unable to accept for return due to safety, hygiene, or customization reasons.
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
• Custom products (e.g. special orders, personalized items)
• Personal care items (e.g. beauty products, intimate products, swimwear, jewelry, food items)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help clarify before you initiate a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
💳 Refunds
Once you’ve started a return by emailing us and mailed your items back, we’ll notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved:
• Your refund will be issued as a store credit in the form of a coupon code
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the store credit/discount code to be processed and delivered by email or message.
If more than 16 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your store credit, please contact us at milliees@yahoo.com so we can look into it.
